Unauthorised Persons means officers, employees or advisers of the Recipient who are not required to have access to the Confidential Information for the Purpose, and any other person who is not a party to this agreement. References to clauses and parties are references to clauses of, and parties to, this agreement; references to things include parts of those things; references to persons include legal and natural persons; and words importing the singular include the plural and vice versa.

Unauthorised Persons means any and all persons who are not party to this Agreement not having official permission and or legal rights to collect, hold, process, use and/or access the Personal Data. Terms and Conditions Unless specified by Phaidon in an attached Addendum or Appendix, these terms set out herein shall govern all work undertaken on behalf of the Client. The appointment of Phaidon by the Client to carry out services including the Introduction of a Candidate to the Client will be deemed to be acceptance of and agreement of these Terms by the Client. No amendments shall be made to these terms without the prior written agreement of an authorised representative of either party.
