Authorised Persons means collectively all Event management, Venue management, Police, public bodies and agencies responsible for safety and security in connection with the Event or the Venue, and their respective staff, officials, representatives, officers and volunteers;
authorised person means any person who is designated in writing by the Issuer from time to time to give Instructions to the Agents under the terms of this Agreement;
Unauthorized signature means one made without actual, implied, or apparent authority and includes a forgery.
unauthorised transaction means a transaction that is not authorised by a user
authorised party means the party referred to in Article XIII(3);
Unauthorized person means any person who accesses government data without a work assignment that reasonably requires access, or regardless of the person's work assignment, for a purpose not described in the procedures required by section 13.05, subdivision 5.
Authorised Users means any of the following to whom You give permission to use the Software as part of Your BlackBerry Solution: (a) any of Your employees, consultants or independent contractors; (b) any friend or family member, or any person that resides in Your premises; and (c) any other person who RIM authorises in writing. Notwithstanding the foregoing, this Agreement does not convey the automatic right to have Your BlackBerry Server Software hosted by a third party. "BlackBerry Handheld Product", also known as "BlackBerry Device", means a device manufactured by or on behalf of RIM, including any such smartphone, smart card reader, tablet or BlackBerry Presenter and any other device expressly identified by RIM at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx/legal/blackberrydevices_for_bbsla as a BlackBerry Handheld Product.
Unauthorised expenditure , means any expenditure incurred by a municipality otherwise than in accordance with section 15 or 11(3) of the MFMA, and includes-
Authorised User means those employees, agents and independent contractors of the Customer who are authorised by the Customer to use the Services.
Unauthorized Third Party means any person or entity that, at the time of the Computer Fraud, is not an Authorized User.
Unauthorized disclosure or "unauthorized release" means any disclosure or release not permitted by federal or state statute or regulation, any lawful contract or written agreement, or that does not respond to a lawful order of a court or tribunal or other lawful order.
Unlicensed person means any person who is not a licensed dealer under this chapter.
Unauthorized alien means an alien as defined in Section 1324a(h)(3) of Title 8 of the United States Code.
authorised entity means an Entity with whom the Client has entered into an Authorising Agreement pursuant to Clause 2A.1;
Supervised Persons for purposes of this Code means:
authorised recipient means, in relation to any confidential information, anyemployee who, before the confidential information had been divulged to him by the Licensee, had been informed of the nature and effect of this Condition and who requires access to such confidential information for the proper performance of his duties as an employee in the course of permitted activities;
Unauthorized Code means any virus, Trojan horse, worm, or other software routines or hardware components designed to permit unauthorized access, to disable, erase, or otherwise harm Software, hardware or data.
Authorised Representatives the persons respectively designated as such by the Authority and the Supplier, the first such persons being set out in Schedule 4. Bribery Act: the Xxxxxxx Xxx 0000 and any subordinate legislation made under that Act from time to time together with any guidance or codes of practice issued by the relevant government department concerning the legislation. Change: any change to this agreement including to any of the Services. Change Control Note: the written record of a Change agreed or to be agreed by the parties pursuant to the Change Control Procedure.
Unauthorized Use means either of the following:
Relevant Personal Data means Personal Data in respect of which we are the Controller.
Unauthorized insurer means an insurance institution that has not been granted a certificate of authority by the commissioner to transact the business of insurance in this state."
Unauthorized Gas means (a) the quantity of gas taken by Customer exceeding the amount which is permitted during a Period of Interruption or (b) the difference (whether positive or negative) between the quantity of gas taken by Customer and the volumes provided for under an Operational Flow Order.
Licensed person means an individual who is licensed or otherwise legally authorized to practice a professional service by a court, department, board, commission, or an agency of this state or another jurisdiction, any corporation or professional services corporation all of whose shareholders are licensed persons, any partnership all of whose partners are licensed persons, or any limited liability company all of whose members and managers are licensed persons.
Exposed person means any person wholly or partially in a danger zone;
recognised person means a recognised clearing house or a nominee of a recognised clearing house or of a recognised investment exchange;
Misappropriation means that the Employee (i) uses Confidential Information (as defined below) for the benefit of anyone other than the Employers or an Affiliate, as the case may be, or discloses the Confidential Information to anyone not authorized by the Employers or an Affiliate, as the case may be, to receive such information; (ii) upon termination of employment, makes any summaries of, takes any notes with respect to or memorizes any Confidential Information or takes any Confidential Information or reproductions thereof from the facilities of the Employers or an Affiliate or (iii) upon termination of employment or upon the request of the Employers or an Affiliate, fails to return all Confidential Information then in the Employee’s possession. For the avoidance of doubt, “Misappropriation” does not include disclosure of Confidential Information to a governmental regulatory agency, such as the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, provided that the Employee informs the agency that the Employers and/or Affiliates deem the information to be confidential. “Confidential Information” shall mean any confidential and proprietary drawings, reports, sales and training manuals, customer lists, computer programs and other material embodying trade secrets or confidential technical, business, or financial information of the Employers or an Affiliate.
