Box Office; Ticket Printing. (a) Licensor shall operate and control all box office facilities and ticket personnel at the Arena and will use such facilities for (among other things) the sale of tickets for League Games and Hockey Events, All collections made by Licensor from sales of tickets for League Games and Hockey Events shall be remitted to Licensee, net of credit card fees, no later than the third working day following such League Game or Hockey Event. Such collections shall be remitted together with an itemized statement from Licensor indicating the number of tickets sold, the prices of such tickets, credit card fees, and other data reasonably requested and mutually agreed upon by Licensor and Licensee, All tickets shall be sold at, and Licensee shall be entitled to, 100% of the face value of same as determined by Licensee, except for credit card fees.

  • Dimensions Education Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Or equivalent work experience. Experience: A minimum of 3 years of IT work experience in production and operations support.

  • Services FASC agrees to provide to the Adviser the services indicated in Exhibit A to this Agreement (the “Services”).

  • Miscellaneous The Vendor acknowledges and agrees that continued participation in TIPS is subject to TIPS sole discretion and that any Vendor may be removed from the participation in the Program at any time with or without cause. Nothing in the Agreement or in any other communication between TIPS and the Vendor may be construed as a guarantee that TIPS or TIPS Members will submit any orders at any time. TIPS reserves the right to request additional proposals for items or services already on Agreement at any time.

  • Fees Registry Operator must pay, or have paid on its behalf, fees to the Escrow Agent directly. If Registry Operator fails to pay any fee by the due date(s), the Escrow Agent will give ICANN written notice of such non-­‐payment and ICANN may pay the past-­‐due fee(s) within fifteen (15) calendar days after receipt of the written notice from Escrow Agent. Upon payment of the past-­‐due fees by ICANN, ICANN shall have a claim for such amount against Registry Operator, which Registry Operator shall be required to submit to ICANN together with the next fee payment due under the Registry Agreement.

  • Amendments This Agreement may not be amended, modified or waived as to any particular provision, except by a written instrument executed by all parties hereto.
