Sale of Tickets. The Retailer agrees to sell Tickets in accordance with the terms of the Idaho Lottery Act, (Idaho Code §§ 67-7401 et. Seq.), Idaho Rules, (IDAPA 52.01.03) and the terms of this Contract.

Sale of Tickets. Licensee agrees that all tickets to the Event shall be sold at the prices as advertised by Licensee and approved by Licensor, and that any changes in ticket prices shall require the prior approval of Licensor. Licensee shall be responsible for all check and credit card service charges and other similar fees, charges and expenses incurred in connection with the sale of tickets for the Event. Licensee shall be responsible for the credit worthiness of its guests and patrons, and shall cover and be responsible for any invalid or fraudulent checks, checks returned due to insufficient funds or for any other reason, credit card penalties and similar or related penalties, fees, charges and/or expenses incurred by Licensor in connection herewith. Licensee will not permit tickets or passes to be sold or distributed in excess of the maximum capacity of the Premises, as determined by Licensor in its sole discretion.
Sale of Tickets. User agrees to produce and sell Tickets to all Attractions, collect the proceeds from such sales and remit all such funds collected to Ticketmaster in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
Sale of Tickets. 6.1 Where a charge is made for admission, entry shall be by way of ticket only. A Box Office Service fee will be quoted at the outset. The Hirer must not sell tickets for the event independently of the aforum. 6.2 If tickets are to be printed independently of the forum box office, proofs of the proposed tickets must be submitted to and approved by the General Manager prior to the advertising of the event. 6.3 The maximum number of tickets that the Hirer may have printed and distributed shall not be more than the number of persons who may be admitted into the Hire Accommodation. 6.4 Where no entry charge is made the Hirer is responsible for admitting no more than the maximum number of persons allowed in the Hire Accommodation. 7. MERCHANDISING Except with the previous consent of the General Manager, no goods of any description shall be sold or supplied in, or upon, any part of the Hire Accommodation otherwise than by the forum. 8.
Sale of Tickets. 4.1 The venue provides an online, telephone and physical box office service as part of this agreement. On line ticket sales incurs an additional charge of 10% on all online sales.
