SERVICE OF NOTICES 8.1 Any notices or other communications provided for or allowed hereunder shall be effective only when given by one of the following methods and addressed to the respective party at its address given with the signatures at the end of this Agreement and shall be considered to have been validly given: (a) upon delivery, if delivered personally; (b) upon receipt, if mailed, first class postage prepaid, with the United States Postal Service; (c) on the next business day, if sent by overnight courier service of recognized standing; and (d) upon telephoned confirmation of receipt, if telecopied.
SERVICE OF NOTICE Except as otherwise provided by law, Tenant hereby appoints as its agent to receive the service of all dispossessory or distraint proceedings and notices thereunder, the person in charge of or occupying the Premises at the time of such proceeding or notice; and if no person be in charge or occupying the Premises, then such service may be made by attaching the same to the front entrance of the Premises.
Mailing of Notices, etc All notices and other communications from the Company to the Registered Holder shall be mailed by first-class certified or registered mail, postage prepaid, to the address last furnished to the Company in writing by the Registered Holder. All notices and other communications from the Registered Holder or in connection herewith to the Company shall be mailed by first-class certified or registered mail, postage prepaid, to the Company at its principal office set forth below. If the Company should at any time change the location of its principal office to a place other than as set forth below, it shall give prompt written notice to the Registered Holder and thereafter all references in this Warrant to the location of its principal office at the particular time shall be as so specified in such notice.
Filings; Agent for Service of Process (a) The Certificate has been filed in the office of the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware in accordance with the provisions of the Act. The Member shall take any and all actions reasonably necessary to perfect and maintain the status of the Company under the laws of the State of Delaware. The Member shall execute and file amendments to the Certificate whenever required by the Act.

Agent for Service of Process The Partnership’s registered agent for service of process in the State of Delaware shall be as set forth in the Certificate, as the same may be amended by the General Partner from time to time.
Designated Agent for Service of Process The agent for service of process in Delaware as of the effective date of this Agreement is The Corporation Trust Company, 1000 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx 00000.

Publication of Notices Any obligation the Agents may have to publish a notice to Holders of Global Notes on behalf of the Issuer will be met upon delivery of the notice to DTC.

The Company’s agent for service of legal process may be changed upon the consent of the Member.
