Common use of Branding for Operator Call Processing and Directory Assistance Clause in Contracts

Branding for Operator Call Processing and Directory Assistance. 8.4.1 BellSouth's branding feature provides a definable announcement to Paramount end users using Directory Assistance (DA)/ Operator Call Processing (OCP) prior to placing such end users in queue or connecting them to an available operator or automated operator system. This feature allows Paramount's name on whose behalf BellSouth is providing Directory Assistance and/or Operator Call Processing. Rates for the branding features are set forth in Exhibit E of this Attachment. 8.4.2 BellSouth offers three branding offering options to Paramount when ordering BellSouth's Directory Assistance and Operator Call Processing: BellSouth Branding, Unbranding and Custom Branding. 8.4.3 Upon receipt of the branding order from Paramount, the order is considered firm after ten (10) business days. Should Paramount decide to cancel the order, written notification to Paramount's BellSouth Account Executive is required. If Paramount decides to cancel after ten (10) business days from receipt of the branding order, Paramount shall pay all charges per the order.
