Branding for Operator Call Processing and Directory Assistance. 10.5.1 AT&T's branding feature provides a definable announcement to NuVox customers using Directory Assistance (DA)/ Operator Call Processing (OCP) Page 47 of 321 prior to placing such customers in queue or connecting them to an available operator or automated operator system. This feature allows NuVox's name on whose behalf AT&T is providing Directory Assistance and/or Operator Call Processing. Rates for the branding features are set forth in the Pricing Schedule. 10.5.2 AT&T offers three branding offering options to NuVox when ordering AT&T's Directory Assistance and Operator Call Processing: AT&T Branding, Unbranding and Custom Branding. 10.5.3 Upon receipt of the branding order from NuVox, the order is considered firm after ten (10) business days. Should NuVox decide to cancel the order, written notification to NuVox's AT&T Account Executive is required. If NuVox decides to cancel after ten (10) business days from receipt of the branding order, NuVox shall pay all charges per the order.
