Common use of Branding of Project Clause in Contracts

Branding of Project. The Concessionaire agrees that the Project shall be known, promoted, displayed and advertised by the name of ‘Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) to Energy Processing Facility in Andhra Pradesh’. The Project or any part thereof shall not be branded in any manner to advertise, display or reflect the name or identity of the Concessionaire or its shareholders save and except as may be necessary in the normal course of business. The Concessionaire shall however, have right to utilise the name of the Project to exhibit technical and financial capability of the Concessionaire for bidding for other projects.

The Concessionaire shall however, have right to utilise the name of the Project to exhibit technical and financial capability of the Concessionaire for bidding for other projects.
