Branding Requirements and Usage Guidelines. ▇▇▇▇▇ and each Authorized Affiliate shall use the ▇▇▇▇ in conformity with the Branding Requirements set forth in Exhibit D to the Agreement, as such Branding Requirements may be updated upon BioNano and ▇▇▇▇▇’▇ mutual agreement from time to time, and any additional trademark usage guidelines as may be determined upon BioNano and ▇▇▇▇▇’▇ mutual agreement from time to time.
