Broadband Access for Education Commitment. Subject to the consummation of the Merger, and for a period of 5 years from the Closing Date, New T-Mobile will make available a nationwide broadband Internet access program that provides free connectivity and equipment to qualifying households with school-age children (the “Educational Broadband Access Program”). Under the Educational Broadband Access Program, New T-Mobile will make available for up to 10 million qualifying households nationwide (up to 2 million total devices and connections available each year during the 5-year period):
