Mobile Plan Price Commitment. Subject to the consummation of the Merger, and for at least five (5) years following the date on which the consummation of the Merger occurs (“Closing Date”), New T-Mobile will make available to retail customers of New T-Mobile resident in the State of California the following rate plans:

Mobile Plan Price Commitment. For at least five (5) years following the Closing Date, New T-Mobile will make available to all Texas customers of New T-Mobile the following Rate Plans:
