Brokerage Account Tax. A brokerage account tax applies to Belgian residents if the average annual value of securities (including shares of Common Stock acquired under the Plan) held in a brokerage account exceeds certain thresholds. Belgian residents should consult with a personal tax or financial advisor for additional details on their obligations with respect to the brokerage account tax. ​

  • Brokerage Accounts The Advisor authorizes and empowers the Subadvisor to direct the Fund's custodian to open and maintain brokerage accounts for securities and other property, including financial and commodity futures and commodities and options thereon (all such accounts hereinafter called "brokerage accounts") for and in the name of the Fund and to execute for the Fund as its agent and attorney-in-fact standard customer agreements with such broker or brokers as the Subadvisor shall select as provided above. The Subadvisor may, using such of the securities and other property in the Fund as the Subadvisor deems necessary or desirable, direct the Fund's custodian to deposit for the Fund original and maintenance brokerage and margin deposits and otherwise direct payments of cash, cash equivalents and securities and other property into such brokerage accounts and to such brokers as the Subadvisor deems desirable or appropriate.

  • Income Collection, Transaction Processing, Account Administration 0.25 of a basis point per annum on the average net assets of the Fund.

  • Settlement Account Money debited to the Capital Account in respect of the cost of purchases made on the Client's behalf and money received and receivable upon settlement of each sale made on the Client's behalf will be credited to this account and held there until the relevant settlement date.

  • Investment Account The Manager shall maintain an investment account or accounts in the Manager’s name (the “Account”) on behalf of the Principal, any other participating insurer affiliated with the Principal and/or the Ultimate Parent Company, an insurance subsidiary or affiliate of the Principal and/or the Ultimate Parent Company or a pension plan or profit-sharing plan of the Principal, its insurance subsidiaries or affiliates, (collectively, the “Participants”), and shall hold therein all debt obligations, accounts or deposits permitted by the New Hampshire Insurance Code as more fully described on Exhibit A, as may be amended from time to time, and attached hereto and incorporated herein (collectively, “Investments”), deposited in or purchased or otherwise acquired for and on behalf of the Principal and the Participants from time to time pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.   • Interest Coverage Account (a) No later than the Closing Date, the Trustee shall establish and maintain a segregated trust account that is an Eligible Account, which shall be titled "Interest Coverage Account, ____________________, as Trustee for the registered holders of Long Beach Securities Corp., [__] Floating Rate Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series ____-___" (the "Interest Coverage Account"). The Trustee shall, promptly upon receipt, deposit in the Interest Coverage Account and retain therein the Interest Coverage Amount remitted on the Closing Date to the Trustee by the Depositor.   • FIXED ACCOUNT An account that is part of SBL's General Account. SBL guarantees that it will credit interest on Contract Value allocated to the Fixed Account at an annual rate at least equal to the Guaranteed Rate set forth on page 3.
