Tax Certificate and Agreement definition

Tax Certificate and Agreement means that certain Federal Tax Certificate dated as of the date hereof, by and among the Governmental Lender and the Borrower as in effect on the Closing Date and as it may thereafter be amended or supplemented or restated in accordance with its terms.

Tax Certificate and Agreement means the No Arbitrage Certificate delivered by the Issuer and the Tax Letter of Representation delivered by the Borrower on the first day of the Initial LIBOR Term Indexed Mode for the Bonds, as the same may be amended or supplemented in accordance with its terms.

Tax Certificate and Agreement means that certain Tax Certificate and Agreement entered into by the Board and the Corporation in connection with the issuance of the Bonds.

More Definitions of Tax Certificate and Agreement

Tax Certificate and Agreement means the Tax Certificate and Agreement to be executed by the Borrower and the Authority in the connection with the Bond, including any supplements or amendments thereto made in conformity therewith.
