The total not-to-exceed amount includes the following: Total Federal Funds: $2,000,000.00 Total State Funds: $0.00 By executing this Grant Agreement, Xxxxxxx agrees to the budget for the duration of the Contract. At System Agency’s sole discretion or by mutual agreement of the Parties as authorized under the Contract, the budget or contract amounts may be amended. All expenditures under the Grant Agreement will be in accordance with Attachment B, Budget.
