Common use of Budget Application Clause in Contracts

Budget Application. Grantee shall submit a completed Annual Budget Application for TJJD’s approval concurrent with the submission of the Contract executed by Xxxxxxx. An Annual Budget Application shall be submitted electronically in the TJJD Grants Portal web-based system for each fiscal year of the current grant period.
