Common use of Budget/Cash Flow Reports Clause in Contracts

Budget/Cash Flow Reports. The Contractor shall incorporate approved changes as they occur, and develop cash flow reports and forecasts for submittal to the District on a monthly basis. The Contractor shall provide regular monitoring of the approved estimates of Construction Costs, showing actual costs for activities in progress, and estimates for uncompleted tasks. The Contractor shall identify variances between actual and budgeted or estimated costs, and advise the District and the Architect whenever Project costs exceed budgets or estimates.
