Budget Process and Transfer of Funds. The Coordinator will develop an annual budget, in conjunction with the Faculty Professional Development Committee, which shall be approved by Association Executive Board. The coordinator may transfer general professional development funds into the short-term and/or long-term leave accounts with consensus of the committee and subcommittee chairs.
