Common use of BUDGET REDUCTIONS Clause in Contracts

BUDGET REDUCTIONS. 8.4.1 In the event that County's Board of Supervisors adopts, in any Fiscal Year or Program Year, a County budget which provides for reductions in the salaries and benefits paid to the majority of County employees and imposes similar reductions with respect to County contracts, County reserves the right to reduce its payment obligation under this Subaward correspondingly for that Fiscal Year or Program Year and any subsequent Fiscal Year or Program Year during the term of this Subaward (including any extensions), and the Services to be provided by Subrecipient under this Subaward shall also be reduced correspondingly. County's notice to Subrecipient regarding said reduction in payment obligation shall be provided within thirty (30) calendar days of the Board's approval of such actions. Except as set forth in the preceding sentence, Subrecipient shall continue to provide all of the Services set forth in this Subaward.

County's notice to Subrecipient Contractor regarding said reduction in payment obligation shall be provided within thirty (30) calendar days of the Board's approval of such actions. Except as set forth in the preceding sentence, Subrecipient Contractor shall continue to provide all of the Services set forth in this SubawardContract.

County's ’s notice to Subrecipient Contractor regarding said reduction in payment obligation shall be provided within thirty (30) calendar days of the Board's County’s Board of Supervisors’ approval of such actions. Except as set forth in the preceding sentence, Subrecipient Contractor shall continue to provide all of the Services set forth in this SubawardAgreement.
