Budget Revisions At or Exceeding 20%. A. The Contractor shall not reallocate funds between budget categories in an amount at or exceeding 20% of the total amount of the Contract per budget year as set forth in Appendix C Budget, and any subsequent amendments thereto, without prior written approval of the Department’s Project Officer.
