Budgeting and Backfill. The employer shall share the backfill calculations, backfill strategy, and budgeting information on a quarterly basis. (See Exhibit 1.F.1.a. as an example). The information will be shared at the departmental/UBT level, and at the regional or service area level with the appropriate local union representatives.
