Common use of Build Day Clause in Contracts

Build Day. The Community Partner shall recruit 200 adult volunteers from the community to participate in a one- day installation event for the Project, which is scheduled to occur on a date to be determined and which is referred to herein as the Build Day. The Community Partner shall ensure that all volunteers sign a waiver. On the Build Day, the Community Partner shall provide food, water, tools, dumpsters, music and restroom facilities for all volunteers.
