Common use of Build Day Clause in Contracts

Build Day. The Community Partner shall recruit «Volunteers» adult volunteers from the community to participate in a one-day installation event for the Project, which is scheduled to occur on «BD_» and which is referred to herein as the Build Day. The Community Partner shall ensure that all volunteers sign a waiver (a copy of which has been provided). On the Build Day, the Community Partner shall provide food, water, tools, dumpsters, music and restroom facilities for all volunteers.‌
