Common use of Build Day Clause in Contracts

Build Day. The Community Partner shall recruit 100 adult volunteers from the community to participate in a one-day installation event for the Project, which is scheduled to occur on September 20th, 2014 and which is referred to herein as the Build Day. The Community Partner shall ensure that all volunteers sign a waiver. On the Build Day, the Community Partner shall provide food, water, tools, dumpsters, music and restroom facilities for all volunteers.

The Community Partner shall recruit 100 75 adult volunteers from the community to participate in a one-one- day installation event for the Project, which is scheduled to occur on September 20th, 2014 TBD and which is referred to herein as the Build Day. The Community Partner shall ensure that all volunteers sign a waiver. On the Build Day, the Community Partner shall provide food, water, tools, dumpsters, music and restroom facilities for all volunteers.
