Common use of Building Communication Links Clause in Contracts

Building Communication Links. The Board of Education and the Indian Prairie Education Association recognize the value of collaborative problem solving and communication. The forum for this communication will be determined by mutual consent of the teachers and administration at each building and will be established from among the models currently in place in each building (i.e., Instructional Leadership teams, school improvement teams, leadership councils, monthly meetings with ARs, team leader meetings). These meetings are not meant to replace the expected communication between teacher and principal as detailed in the Performance Responsibilities.
