Building Decision-Making Process. The decision-making process for each building shall be reviewed, and any changes made, prior to September 30 of the current year. These decision-making procedures may be modified at any time as long as the modifications are submitted to the IEA and the District. Each building will have on file with both the IEA and the District their agreed-upon decision-making process. Upon request, the Association and/or the District will make available samples of building decision-making models. All new buildings will have a decision-making process in place by November 1 of their first full year open.
