Building Information Model. (“BIM”) means the computable, digital, multi-dimensional representation of the physical and functional characteristics of the Project’s facilities and their related life-cycle information in Autodesk Revit format and Autodesk Civil 3D, to be used as a repository of design and construction information for use by the Project Team during the design, bidding, Preconstruction, and construction phases of the Projects, and for TFC's use throughout the life-cycle of the facilities. Members of the Project Team are required to coordinate all efforts with respect to the BIM in accordance with the guidelines set forth in the BIM Execution Plan developed for the Project.
