Building Information Model. or BIM means a computable multi-dimensional representation of the physical and functional characteristics of the Projects’ facilities and their related life-cycle information, to be used as a repository of design and construction information for use by the Project Team during the design, bidding and construction phases of the Projects, and for the TFC’s use throughout the life-cycle of the facilities.
