Building Plan Review. Seller shall have the right to review and approve Buyer’s building elevations, construction plans and specifications prior to the commencement of construction. Seller shall not unreasonably withhold approval of the building elevations or plans and specifications; provided all building elevations, plans and specifications shall comply with the Covenants.
