BUILDING REGULATIONS. Any building erected on a Site shall conform to the following construction practices: (a) Exterior walls of sheet or corrugated iron, steel, aluminum or asbestos will be permitted only upon specific approval in writing by Declarant. (b) Exterior walls shall be painted or suitably treated in a manner acceptable to Declarant.
