Common use of Building Specifications Clause in Contracts

Building Specifications. Landlord may establish specifications for the Building-standard components to be used in the construction of the Tenant Improvements in the Expansion Space (collectively, the "Building Specifications"), which shall be available to Tenant upon request. Tenant shall utilize materials and finishes that comply with the Building Specifications and Tenant shall not substitute any such materials or finishes without Landlord's prior written consent. Landlord may make changes to the Building Specifications from time to time.
