BUILDING TRADES PER CAPITA. 21:01 The Employer agrees to deduct from each Employee covered by the terms of this Agreement, per hour for each hour worked by the Employee. Such deduction(s) to be remitted not later than the fifteenth (15th) day of the following month and made payable to the Construction and General Workers Union, Local 180. The Local Union may at its discretion forward said monies to the Saskatchewan Provincial Building and Construction Trades Council (SPB & CTC) at 0000 Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxxxx, X0X 0X0 or its successor. The Local Union is to receive a list showing the amounts and a list of names from whom such deductions were made.
