Built-up roofing. (i) The built–up felt roofing shall be in accordance with B.S 747. Applied to a screeded base and shall comprise the following applications laid strictly in accordance with the manufacturer‟s printed instructions and the code of practice 144 of 1961.
Built-up roofing. 1. Perform maintenance on small to moderately sized areas of previous repairs over the cap sheet surfacing. (See Photo Nos. 4 & 5).
Built-up roofing. Furnish and install a 4-layer built-up roofing system. One layer of base sheet over plywood deck. Embed two layers of Ply-IV roofing xxxxx and one layer of mineral surface cap sheet into two solid moppings of hot Type-III asphalt. This is provided with a 10-year warranty.
