BULLETIN BOARD/MAILBOX. 1. Each school shall provide adequate space on the present bulletin board for OAPSE materials for the purpose of communications with the bargaining unit. This shall not be interpreted to exclude others from the use of the bulletin board, but their use shall not deprive OAPSE of the exclusive use of the space reserved for OAPSE.
