BULLETIN BOARDS AND OTHER INFORMATION. 83. Reasonable space will be allowed on bulletin boards for use by the Union to communicate with employees. Material shall be posted upon the bulletin board space as designated, and not upon walls, doors, windows or any other place. Posted material shall not be obscene, or of a partisan political nature, nor shall it pertain to public issues which do not involve the City or its relations with employees. All posted material shall be dated, shall bear the identity of the sponsor, shall be neatly displayed, and shall be removed when no longer timely, but in no event shall be displayed for more than two (2) weeks.
