AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES / REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION. 81. Americans with Disabilities Act. The parties agree that the SFMTA is obligated to provide reasonable accommodations for persons with disabilities, in order to comply with the provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Fair Employment and Housing Act and all other applicable federal, state and Local disability anti-discrimination statutes. The parties further agree that this Memorandum shall be interpreted, administered and applied in a manner consistent with such statutes. The SFMTA reserves the right to take any action necessary to comply therewith.

  • Americans with Disabilities Act The Contractor shall be and remain in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (“Act”), to the extent applicable, during the term of the Contract. DAS may Terminate the Contract if the Contractor fails to comply with the Act.

  • Fair Employment Practices and Americans with Disabilities Act Party agrees to comply with the requirement of Title 21V.S.A. Chapter 5, Subchapter 6, relating to fair employment practices, to the full extent applicable. Party shall also ensure, to the full extent required by the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, as amended, that qualified individuals with disabilities receive equitable access to the services, programs, and activities provided by the Party under this Agreement. Party further agrees to include this provision in all subcontracts.

  • Compliance with Americans with Disabilities Act Contractor shall provide the Services in a manner that complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), including but not limited to Title II’s program access requirements, and all other applicable federal, state and local disability rights legislation.
