Common use of Bus Drivers' Uniforms Clause in Contracts

Bus Drivers' Uniforms. The Board shall provide three (3) uniforms to bus drivers and bus attendants upon initial employment, and thereafter the Board shall provide two (2) additional uniforms each year. The Board shall provide one (1) winter jacket to bus drivers, bus attendants, and cafeteria drivers every two (2) years. The Board also shall provide one (1) poncho per vehicle, such poncho to remain with the vehicle.

The style of the shirt and the jacket shall be determined mutually by the Supervisor of Transportation and the Association Representatives within the department.
