Bus Run Selection Procedures. a. All runs shall be selected on a seniority basis from bids submitted, beginning with the employee with the greatest seniority. Employees not successful in securing runs at bid-time shall be given the choice to be substitutes or “laid-off” consistent with Section 13 of this Agreement.
