Bus Shelter. Install a City-approved pre-fabricated bus shelter at the existing bus stop at the project frontage at San Xxxxxxx Boulevard that complements the project features.

Bus Shelter. The Bus Shelter shall be used solely for a bus passenger waiting shelter. No signs shall be placed thereupon except PART identifiers, and route schedule boards. The Bus Shelter shall be constructed and maintained in compliance with applicable law and regulations including but not limited to the American with Disabilities Act of 1990, as amended (ADA), 42 U.S.C. §§ 12132 et seq. Grantee shall be responsible for the removal of trash from any trash receptacles and any litter from the Easement Area; Grantee shall be responsible for cutting and trimming any vegetation and grass from and around the Easement Area.

  • Shift Rotation Routine shift rotation is not an approach to staffing endorsed by the Employer. Except for emergency situations where it may be necessary to provide safe patient care, shift rotation will not be utilized without mutual consent. If such an occasion should ever occur, volunteers will be sought first. If no one volunteers, the Employer will rotate shifts on an inverse seniority basis until the staff vacancies are filled.
