Removal of Trash. The Lessee shall, at its sole cost and expense, remove or cause to be removed from the Premises, all trash and refuse which might accumulate and arise from its use of the Premises and the business operations of the Lessee under this Agreement. Such trash and refuse shall be stored temporarily and disposed of in a manner approved by the Department.
