Common use of Business Agents Clause in Contracts

Business Agents. Non-employee business representatives of the Union, previously certified to the Employer as provided herein, may, with approval of the Employer, come on the premises of the Employer for the purpose of negotiations or investigating and presenting grievances. The Union may use the Employer’s premises or facilities for Union business with prior approval of the Employer.
