Common use of Business and Professional Expenses Clause in Contracts

Business and Professional Expenses. The Board shall pay for or reimburse the Superintendent for appropriate business and professional expenses approved by the Board. Appropriate expenses shall include the cost of membership and participation in State and National professional associations of educational administrators, and expenses related to the Superintendent’s attendance at conferences and activities.

Appropriate expenses shall include mileage reimbursement for the business use of his personal auto at the current IRS rate for business mileage, the cost of membership and participation in State state and National national professional associations of educational school administrators, community organizations and expenses related to the Superintendent’s 's attendance at conferences and activities.
