Business Class Server Migration. If a Business Class server migration (i.e., stopping the server, copying it to another hypervisor, and starting the server) is required because of degradation of the underlying hypervisor, this will be considered Emergency Maintenance and we will notify Customer of the Emergency Maintenance with an appropriate amount of lead time (see Section 3.2). LuxSci guarantees that the server migration will be complete within three (3) hours from the time that this migration starts.
