Common use of Business Continuity Plan Clause in Contracts

Business Continuity Plan. 63.1 The Contractor shall have in place by the Commencement Date of this Agreement a Business Continuity Plan (“BCP”) a copy of which shall be provided to the Contract Manager. The BCP shall be current and up to date and prepared to ISO 22301 or at least to an equivalent standard. 63.2 The BCP shall be maintained and regularly tested by the Contractor throughout the Term of this Agreement. The results of such testing shall be forwarded to the Contract Manager within five Working Days of the test being completed. The Contract Manager shall then have the right within 20 Working Days, by written statement, to require reasonable alterations to the BCP to be made by the Contractor at its expense should such alterations be judged by the Contract Manager as needed for sustaining the proper performance of the Services.
