Common use of Business Hours of Operation Clause in Contracts

Business Hours of Operation. No work may be done on Saturday, Sunday, or on any days between the hours of 5:01 P.M. and 7:59 A.M. except when such work is necessary for the proper care and protection of the work already performed, and when permission to do such work is secured from the COUNTY.
