Business Planning. 13.1 To operate its business effectively, the Birmingham Organising Committee must produce management planning and information documents covering the period to the end of 2022/2023. These may take the form of strategic or corporate plans (for four years ahead), and must include a business plan (one year ahead). The first year of the planning document can include the business plan incorporated as a single document.
