Annual Plan Review. In order to maintain an effective working relationship, the Retailer agrees to update its MAP annually, or more often if requested by either party, and submit it to the Franchisor for joint review. Updated MAPs will include a performance evaluation and any proposed modifications to the prior year's MAP. If the Retailer and the Franchisor agree that changes to the proposed MAP are necessary, then the Retailer will make these changes and then resubmit the MAP. The Retailer's performance of its obligations is essential to effectively and consistently representing Saturn Products and to building and maintaining the reputation of Saturn, the Franchisor and other Retailers.

Annual Plan Review. In a mutually agreed upon format, EMPOWER agrees to provide the BOARD with an annual PLAN review. The annual PLAN review will be delivered to the DEPARTMENT no later than 120 BUSINESS DAYS after the end of the calendar year. This review will include: a. Total number of eligible, enrolled, and active PARTICIPANTS by STATE, local, and total. b. New enrollments by gender and age. c. Participating employers, including STATE, local, and total. d. Summary of assets, deferrals, earnings/withdrawals.
Annual Plan Review. DEALER agrees to update the Plan annually or more often as desired or necessary and submit it to COMPANY for joint review. The process of updating each Plan shall include a performance evaluation and review of proposed modifications to the prior year's Plan as contemplated by Paragraph C below. The Plan shall be subject to COMPANY'S final approval.

  • Annual Plan On or before November 1 of each calendar year during the Term, Manager shall prepare and submit to Owner for its approval a proposed annual plan for the promotion, operation, leasing, repair and maintenance of the Project for each calendar year (the "Proposed Annual Plan"). For purposes of this Agreement, a "Fiscal Year" shall mean a calendar year beginning on the first day of January and ending on the last day of December. The Annual Plan for the remaining portion of Fiscal Year 2003 is attached hereto as Exhibit "A".

  • Compensation Review The compensation of the Executive will be reviewed not less frequently than annually by the board of directors of the Company.

  • Performance Review Where a performance review of an employee’s performance is carried out, the employee shall be given sufficient opportunity after the interview to read and review the performance review. Provision shall be made on the performance review form for an employee to sign it. The form shall provide for the employee’s signature in two (2) places, one (1) indicating that the employee has read and accepts the performance review, and the other indicating that the employee disagrees with the performance review. The employee shall sign in only one (1) of the places provided. No employee may initiate a grievance regarding the contents of a performance review unless the signature indicates disagreement. An employee shall, upon request, receive a copy of this performance review at the time of signing. An employee’s performance review shall not be changed after an employee has signed it, without the knowledge of the employee, and any such changes shall be subject to the grievance procedure of this Agreement. The employee may respond, in writing, to the performance review. Such response will be attached to the performance review.

  • Program Review The State ECEAP Office will conduct a review of each contractor’s compliance with the ECEAP Contract and ECEAP Performance Standards every four years. The review will involve ECEAP staff and parents. After the Program Review, the State ECEAP Office will provide the contractor with a Program Review report. The contractor must submit an ECEAP Corrective Action Plan for non-compliance with ECEAP Performance Standards. The Plan must be approved by the State ECEAP Office.

  • Performance Reviews The Employee will be provided with a written performance appraisal at least once per year and said appraisal will be reviewed at which time all aspects of the assessment can be fully discussed.

  • Peer Review Dental Group, after consultation with the Joint ----------- Operations Committee, shall implement, regularly review, modify as necessary or appropriate and obtain the commitment of Providers to actively participate in peer review procedures for Providers. Dental Group shall assist Manager in the production of periodic reports describing the results of such procedures. Dental Group shall provide Manager with prompt notice of any information that raises a reasonable risk to the health and safety of Group Patients or Beneficiaries. In any event, after consultation with the Joint Operations Committee, Dental Group shall take such action as may be reasonably warranted under the facts and circumstances.

  • Post Review With respect to each contract not governed by paragraph 2 of this Part, the procedures set forth in paragraph 4 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

  • Performance and Salary Review Company will periodically review Executive’s performance on no less than an annual basis. Adjustments to salary or other compensation, if any, will be made by Company in its sole and absolute discretion.

  • Log Reviews All systems processing and/or storing PHI COUNTY discloses to 11 CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of COUNTY 12 must have a routine procedure in place to review system logs for unauthorized access.

  • Annual Performance Review The Employee’s performance of his duties under this Agreement shall be reviewed by the Board of Directors or a committee of the Board of Directors at least annually and finalized within thirty (30) days of the receipt of the annual audited financial statements. The Board of Directors or a committee of the Board of Directors shall additionally review the base salary, bonus and benefits provided to the Employee under this Agreement and may, in their discretion, adjust the same, as outlined in Addendum B of this Agreement, provided, however, that Employee’s annual base salary shall not be less than the base salary set forth in Section 4(A) hereof.
