Plan Modifications. With 30 (thirty) days’ advance notice to the Union, the University may unilaterally modify the details of its medical insurance plans as long as the modifications do not cause substantial reduction in benefits or substantial increase in costs to faculty. Prior to instituting any such modifications, the University shall provide the Union with specific information regarding prospective plan changes and a summary of the differences pre and post-modification. The Union shall be entitled to grieve whether or not the modifications are “substantial.” If the changes are “substantial,” the University shall negotiate with the Union the impact of such changes. It is also understood and agreed that carriers may on occasion unilaterally modify the terms of their plans and policies. In such instances, faculty enrolled in such plans will be subject to any such modifications, provided that the University shall negotiate with the Union the impact of substantial changes in plan coverage and/or cost to faculty.
Plan Modifications. The parties agree any suggested modifications to the EDE Process will be discussed at an EDE Process Committee meeting. Any modifications to the EDE Process will be made by mutual agreement. Neither party may unilaterally modify the EDE Process. The EDE Process in effect will remain in effect until proposed modifications have been adopted by the EDE Process Committee or the parties through the ratification and adoption process.
Plan Modifications. The Market Area Plan may be modified only if Nissan, FAA and Dealer agree that a material change in marketing conditions warrants the proposed modification.
Plan Modifications. Any modifications to the Plans will be discussed by the committee. Any modifications to either Plan will be made by mutual agreement. Neither party may unilaterally modify either plan. The Plans in effect will remain in effect until proposed modifications have been adopted by the committee (TDE) or ratified by the EML membership and the School Board (ATPPS/Q-Comp).
Plan Modifications. In preparing the proposed Plan Modification, GISD shall evaluate and make necessary modifications to the following Plan components as follows:
Plan Modifications. The parties agree that modifications to the TDE Plan may be made by unanimous consent of the TDE Oversight Committee and will be communicated to all parties in a timely manner.
Plan Modifications. The Employer reserves the right to make program modifications to the Health and Dental Insurance Plans.
Plan Modifications. The national office and the state may jointly modify the Annual Plan including negotiated changes in funding levels during the year. The grant modification requests must include a transmittal letter, a revised annual budget, and the quarterly spending plan. The National Office Grant Officer has the authority to execute funding adjustments where a state is not spending at agreed upon levels. When an adjustment is necessary, a unilateral modification may be issued. In the event that the Secretary of Labor may be required by future legislation to carry out other responsibilities, not currently anticipated, the states will be requested to submit a modification to the Annual Plan in order to carry out these additional duties.
Plan Modifications. If Customer has more than the number of Endpoints Customer subscribes to under an applicable Purchase Order deployed during Customer’s then-effective Subscription Term (a “Subscription Increase”) or upgrade Customer’s subscription to a different subscription plan (“Plan Upgrade”), SentinelOne shall invoice the applicable Partner for the incremental Fees associated with such Subscription Increase and/or Plan Upgrade on a pro rata basis at the price per Endpoint specified in the corresponding valid Purchase Order over the remaining period of such Subscription Term (which Fees shall be due and payable upon implementation of such Subscription Increase and/or Plan Upgrade). No Fees refund or credit shall be granted where Customer elects to not use the Solutions on previously subscribed Endpoints.
