All firms or individuals located or doing business in Loudoun County are required to be licensed in accordance with the County's "Business, Professional, and Occupational Licensing (BPOL) Tax" Ordinance during the initial term of the Contract or any renewal period. Wholesale and retail merchants without a business location in Loudoun County are exempt from this requirement.
