BUSINESS REPRESENTATIVE AND STEWARDS. 19.01 The Business Manager (s) and\or Agent(s) and\or the International Representative of the Union shall have access with his vehicle to and on the job site of the Employer during working hours to investigate any matter or to discuss any matter regarding the application of this Collective Agreement. 19.02 The Employer may require that a Business Representative or International Representative seeking access to the site shall first report to a designated person or his representative before carrying out a visit and may provide an Identification Pass to be presented at an approved gate. 19.03 It is agreed that the union may appoint a job xxxxxxx from among the employees of the Employer and the Employer shall be notified of the appointment in writing. 19.04 Stewards shall be allowed a reasonable time to handle on site grievances during working hours without loss of pay. 19.05 The job xxxxxxx shall be the last employee covered under the terms of this Agreement to remain on the job, provided that he is qualified and capable of performing the work. 19.06 The xxxxxxx, where possible, will be responsible for reporting any grievance to the Employer and to the Union so that it may be dealt with without unduly delay. 19.07 No discrimination shall be shown against any xxxxxxx for carrying out his duties. Stewards shall be included in all overtime work if qualified to perform the work.

BUSINESS REPRESENTATIVE AND STEWARDS. 18.01 The Business Representative authorized by the Union shall have access to all projects during working hours and shall not unduly impede the progress of the work. On projects where for security reasons the Business Representative must be cleared through the owner’s office, the employer will assist the union to obtain this clearance. He shall make his presence known to the xxxxxxx in charge and business will not be discussed in the proximity of other workmen, 18.02 The Employers agree to furnish the Business Representatives with a list of spokesmen to be recognized in each firm of employers. The Employer agrees to furnish the Business Representative with a list of all Carpenters employed on each project of the employer upon request. 18.03 The authorized Business Representative of the Union shall have access to accommodations as provided for the members of the Union working on the project when such accommodation is available. He may be required to pay a reasonable fee for same. 18.04 The Business Representative of the Union may appoint a Xxxxxxx or Stewards and any such Xxxxxxx or Stewards shall be recognized as the spokesman of the employees 18.05 The Xxxxxxx shall have authority to prevent any employee from working in an unsafe place or area where safety regulations are being violated, and must report it immediately to the xxxxxxx or appropriate representative of the employer. 18.06 Where there is more than one Xxxxxxx on the project, the Chief Xxxxxxx shall be allowed necessary time to conduct business relative to this Agreement on the project without loss of pay. Where there is only one Xxxxxxx on the project, the above condition shall apply to him. It shall be the duty of the Chief Xxxxxxx or the Xxxxxxx to observe conditions of employment to the end that the provisions of this Agreement are complied with. To assist on the project site, when requested in adjusting differences or misunderstandings which might arise out of the interpretation, application or alleged violation of this Agreement. When overtime is worked by more than two (2) employees, the Xxxxxxx shall be included if he so desires. 18.07 The Employer upon request shall give immediate written notice to the Union prior to termination of employment of any Xxxxxxx setting forth the reason for such termination and such termination may be subject to the grievance procedure of this Agreement.

This time cannot in any way disrupt the working schedule of the customer, client, or site contractor. 19.05 The xxxxxxx, where possible, will be responsible for reporting any grievance to the Employer and to the Union so that it may be dealt with without undue delay. 19.06 No discrimination shall be shown against any xxxxxxx for carrying out his duties.

  • Parties’ Representatives Both Parties shall ensure that throughout the term of this Agreement, a duly appointed Representative is available for communications between the Parties. The Representatives shall have full authority to deal with all day-to-day matters arising under this Agreement. If a Party’s Representative becomes unavailable, the Party shall promptly appoint another Representative. Acts and omissions of Representatives shall be deemed to be acts and omissions of the Party. Owner and CAISO shall be entitled to assume that the Representative of the other Party is at all times acting within the limits of the authority given by the Representative’s Party. Owner’s Representatives and CAISO’s Representatives shall be identified on Schedule J.

  • Nurse Representatives The Employer agrees to recognize two (2) Nurse Representatives for the purpose of dealing with grievances and conducting Union interviews.

  • Grievance Representatives Within 30 working days after the execution of this Agreement, the Union shall furnish the Xxxxxxx with a list of all persons authorized to act as the Chapter and UPI Local Grievance Representatives and shall update the list as changes occur. The designated Chapter Grievance Representative shall be an employee of the University and shall have the responsibility to meet classes, office hours, and other assigned duties and responsibilities. If the responsibilities of the Chapter Grievance Representative require rescheduling of the representative's University duties, the representative may, with the approval of the Xxxxxxx, arrange for the rescheduling of such duties or their coverage by colleagues.   • Designated Representatives (a) With the delivery of this Agreement, the Subordination Agent shall furnish to each Liquidity Provider and each Trustee, and from time to time thereafter may furnish to each Liquidity Provider and each Trustee, at the Subordination Agent’s discretion, or upon any Liquidity Provider’s or any Trustee’s request (which request shall not be made more than one time in any 12-month period), a certificate (a “Subordination Agent Incumbency Certificate”) of a Responsible Officer of the Subordination Agent certifying as to the incumbency and specimen signatures of the officers of the Subordination Agent and the attorney-in-fact and agents of the Subordination Agent (the “Subordination Agent Representatives”) authorized to give Written Notices on behalf of the Subordination Agent hereunder. Until each Liquidity Provider and each Trustee receives a subsequent Subordination Agent Incumbency Certificate, it shall be entitled to rely on the last Subordination Agent Incumbency Certificate delivered to it hereunder. (b) With the delivery of this Agreement, each Trustee shall furnish to the Subordination Agent, and from time to time thereafter may furnish to the Subordination Agent, at such Trustee’s discretion, or upon the Subordination Agent’s request (which request shall not be made more than one time in any 12-month period), a certificate (a “Trustee Incumbency Certificate”) of a Responsible Officer of such Trustee certifying as to the incumbency and specimen signatures of the officers of such Trustee and the attorney-in-fact and agents of such Trustee (the “Trustee Representatives”) authorized to give Written Notices on behalf of such Trustee hereunder. Until the Subordination Agent receives a subsequent Trustee Incumbency Certificate, it shall be entitled to rely on the last Trustee Incumbency Certificate delivered to it hereunder. (c) With the delivery of this Agreement, each Liquidity Provider shall furnish to the Subordination Agent, and from time to time thereafter may furnish to the Subordination Agent, at such Liquidity Provider’s discretion, or upon the Subordination Agent’s request (which request shall not be made more than one time in any 12-month period), a certificate (each, a “Provider Incumbency Certificate”) of any Responsible Officer of such Liquidity Provider certifying as to the incumbency and specimen signatures of any officer, attorney-in-fact, agent or other designated representative of such Liquidity Provider (in each case, the “Provider Representatives” and, together with the Subordination Agent Representatives and the Trustee Representatives, the “Designated Representatives”) authorized to give Written Notices on behalf of such Liquidity Provider hereunder. Until the Subordination Agent receives a subsequent Provider Incumbency Certificate, it shall be entitled to rely on the last Provider Incumbency Certificate delivered to it hereunder by the relevant Liquidity Provider.
