Common use of Business Representative Clause in Contracts

Business Representative. (a) The Business Representative of the Union shall be permitted to visit on the jobs, after reporting to the Senior Employer Representative on the job, but will not interfere with the progress of the work. (b) Whenever security regulations prevent access to any job or project, the Employer, or its Representative, will give all possible assistance to the Business Representative in obtaining the necessary pass or permission to gain access to such job or project.
