Business Tax Registration. 11.1 Contractor represents that it has registered its business with the City Clerk of City and has obtained, and presently holds, from that Office a Business Tax Registration Certificate, or a Business Tax Exemption Number, required by City's own Business Tax Ordinance (Article 1, Chapter 2, §21.00 and following, of City's Municipal Code). 11.2 Contractor shall maintain, or obtain as necessary, all such Certificates required of it under said Ordinance and shall not allow any such Certificate to be revoked or suspended during the term hereof.
