Business, Travel and Entertainment Expenses. The Company shall promptly reimburse Executive for all business, travel and entertainment expenses consistent with the Executive’s titles and the practices of the Company.
Business, Travel and Entertainment Expenses. Within a reasonable time after the submission of appropriate receipts and other evidence by the Executive, the Company shall pay, or reimburse the Executive for, all reasonable business, travel and entertainment expenses incurred by the Executive in connection with the performance of his duties and responsibilities on behalf of the Company.
