Hotel Accommodation. (a) Substitution: We may substitute hotel accommodation of a similar standard in the place of the advertised hotel due to hotel availability issues. Any changes will be notified once confirmed with the hotel.
(b) Responsibility: Although We have taken reasonable steps to secure the most suitable hotel accommodation in the area of the Tour, We are not liable to You for the quality, size or fitness of hotel rooms.
Hotel Accommodation. Actual and reasonable charges supported by a receipt, or the amount in effect between the Public Service Commission and the Saskatchewan Government and General Employees’ Union for accommodation in private residence (no receipt necessary) will be paid.
Hotel Accommodation. 11.3.1 Hotel - actual and reasonable charges supported by a receipt. Charges in excess of such amounts as may from time to time be determined by the employer must be approved by the immediate out-of-scope supervisor.
11.3.2 An amount of thirty-five dollars ($35.00) per night (no receipt necessary) will be paid for accommodation in private residences or in private trailers.
11.3.3 Amounts in excess of thirty-five dollars ($35.00) per night for accommodation in private residences will be accepted only when accompanied by a receipt and a signed statement from the employee that no other accommodation was available.
11.3.4 Employees travelling on SIAST business shall be entitled to individual accommodations whenever there are sufficient accommodations available.
Hotel Accommodation. 11.5.1.1 Hotel Accommodation: Actual and reasonable charges supported by a receipt.
Hotel Accommodation. 14.2.1 In addition to the Per Diem outlined in Section 14.1, the Company will provide single room hotel accommodation to all CCMs for all scheduled ground stop periods away from Home Base and / or unforeseen delays in excess of eight (8) hours. It shall be the responsibility of the Company to make the necessary hotel reservations.
14.2.2 When a Duty Period includes four and a half (4.5) hours on the ground or more (chock on, chocks off) and chocks on commences between 2100 and 0600 local time, a CCM shall be provided a private hotel room.
14.2.3 Upon completion of a Duty Period that exceeds sixteen (16) hours, or fifteen (15) hours when operating a red-eye flight, terminating at Home Base the CCM shall, upon request, be provided with a hotel room at the Company’s expense but will not be provided a per diem.
14.2.4 The Company will consult with the Hotel and Transportation Committee a minimum of twice per year to:
a) Discuss comments and complaints received about our contracted hotels
b) Ensure that hotels meet the minimum established criteria
c) Request changes to hotels if said hotels do not meet the established criteria Hotel accommodation will be located in an area that has access to restaurants and other amenities, unless minimum Crew Rest would be compromised. A hotel in close proximity to the airport may be used if the layover period is less than fourteen (14) hours. Considering travel time as a result of weather conditions, airport hotels may be used to ensure proper Crew Rest.
14.2.5 The Company will contract hotels using the following criteria: • Private, single occupancy • Functional climate control, where available, controllable by the occupant of the room • Functional lighting and plumbing • In-room internet where available • Black out curtains • No ground floor rooms • Hotel restaurant or 24 hr room service
14.2.6 When a change of hotel is required or a new destination is serviced, a member of the Hotel Committee will be contacted to discuss such change.

11.5.2.1 The meal rates in effect between the Public Service Commission and the Saskatchewan Government and General Employees’ Union, as adjusted from time to time, will apply The following rates include GST and meal gratuities. Where a charge is made for a banquet, it will be in lieu for the meal rate provided for that meal. Appropriate exchange rates will be applicable if higher.

Hotel Accommodation. The Company will make every reasonable effort to provide cabin personnel with single hotel accommodation at layover stations.
Hotel Accommodation. The service provider shall upon request by UNDP make all necessary arrangements for provision of accommodation at hotels in Kuwait City and other Governorates of the State of Kuwait. This shall include booking the rooms and all associated facilities, namely:
